  Hotel is pleasant, helpful staff, good size pool, direct access to the beach , decent gym with both cardio and weights. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, we visited in mid July and quite a few kids running around going feral at times. Rooms are a bit dated. After being at a few 5 star hotels in Europe and Asia, in summary and given the price, I can't complain about anything but can't rave about anything either.

  Fantastic hotel with great animation team for kids!!! Maria is fantastic and so passionate with kids!!! Pool an sea amazing!!!! Staff very kind and nice. Really recommend the place!!!!

  On arrival we were welcomed by a very polite and helpful reception staff then shown to our wonderful room.

  Our room was lovely and the view amazing. We eat most days in the very well laid out restaurant but also had one evening in the Mare restaurant and another in the BBQ. Both evenings in the hotel a-la-cart restaurant were wonderful and the staff very welcoming.

  Unfortunately the only complaint that I do have is in respect to uncouth English clients. I witnessed on more than one occasion the disrespect for staff and in particular one lady being very confrontational with reception and management. Being an English person myself I was quite disgusted by her actions and the fact that she thought it is acceptable to speak to people in that manner amazed me.

  THE HOTEL IS GREAT POOL AREA IS GREAT CLEAN THE BEACH IS AMAZING THE PERSONAL IS SO KIND! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN AT THE AQUA ZUMBA CLASS THE TEACHER IS SOOOO COOL
